• Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Diamond Jewellery Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the diamond jewellery industry and a strong passion for sales and marketing. The role involves promoting and selling our exquisite range of diamond jewellery while contributing to our overall marketing strategies.
• Responsibilities:
• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
• Present and showcase our diamond jewellery collections to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation skills, ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to sales.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our diamond jewellery offerings, including cut, clarity, color, and carat weight, in order to educate and guide customers effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive products to provide informed insights to customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Provide valuable customer feedback to the marketing team for refining product positioning and promotional activities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence and establish valuable industry connections.
• Identify and pursue potential business partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team regarding sales performance and trends.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Solicit feedback from customers and use it to improve our offerings and services.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of proven experience in diamond jewellery sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery, including the 4Cs (cut, clarity, color, carat weight).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Age limit: 21-35 years.
